Baseball Team Detroit Tigers and The Italian National Baseball Team will play an exhibition game at Lakeland, Florida on March 4th. The Italians are preparing for the World Baseball Classic, for this reason, they will train in the Tigers' spring training home from March 3rd to 6th, 2006.

Jason Grilli, who at the present time pitches for the MLB Detroit Tigers is being considered to be part of the Italian team on the baseball tournament that will be played between March 3rd and March 20th.
