Lake Havasu City, Arizona, is both famous and little-known. The beautiful western city sports the famous London Bridge, which draws crowds from all over the globe. Crossing the Bridgewater Channel from the mainland to a small island on the Colorado River, the bridge was purchased by Robert P. McCulloch when it began to sink into the River Thames in London. McCulloch dismantled the bridge and had it rebuilt brick by brick in Lake Havasu.
However, the city is not as well known for its beautiful landscape and various activities it offers tourists year-round.
