Is Humankind Up for the Global Warming and Climate Change Challenge?

What can we do to protect our civilizations, our species and the forward progression of mankind from Climate Change and Global Warming? Who can solve this problem for us? Will government save us? Should we count on them to save us from Global Warming? Who can we trust to make sure we do not all perish from Global Warming or the heating of our atmosphere?

My comment is for those in charge in government; Either lead, follow or get the heck out of the way and let the entrepreneurs do their job and while you are moving out of the fast lane take some lawyers with you and throw them in the ditch.

We need a facilitator and a referee indeed and R and D monies will move things further and faster along with the Government’s PR Machine, but other than that, lets tap into the human energy and like Plato says lets use every person to the best of their ability and allow them to excel and be free from worry from mundane BS and paperwork. Turning this ship around is not so hard really and you what? Damn the torpedoes anyway; Full Speed Ahead!

You see the entrepreneur capitalists are the reason we beat the Germans in WWII and there is no crisis or occasion that they cannot rise to if push comes to shove. In fact the Global Warming fiasco or Doom and Gloom is nothing we cannot beat if indeed we put our minds to it. Consider all this in 2006.
